Showroom Hours

Forté stores will be closed for business over the Christmas and New Year period as per below:

Last Day: Wednesday 23rd December
Re-opening: Monday 11th January

Dispatch Cutoff Dates

Our dispatch dates for guaranteed delivery before Christmas are as below. Product can be dispatched after these dates but delivery will not be guaranteed before Christmas.

Auckland Area: Tuesday 22nd December
Rest of North Island: Thursday 17th December
South Island: Friday 11th December

Customer Service

Our customer service team will be available by phone between 9am - 1pm during our Christmas break (excluding public holidays).

Distribution Centre

Our Pukekohe distribution centre will be open for collections between 8am - 1pm during our Christmas break (excluding public holidays).

Sampling

Sample requests will be processed during the Christmas break – these will be processed and dispatched within two days of receiving requests.
