Six Simple Steps to your
Dream Floor

We understand that choosing your dream timber floor can be a daunting task, that’s why we have broken it down into six steps, making the process as easy as possible for you. Contact our team for assistance, we are here to help at every step of the way.

2. Consultation

For the ultimate experience, we recommend you book a Forté showroom appointment. Here you will meet with one of our Product Specialists, view our collection in large displays, touch and feel the true beauty of the natural product and take home complimentary samples. Showrooms in Auckland, Wellington and Queenstown.

3. Quantity & Quote

Send us your plans – we will calculate the amount of timber required and provide a quote along with an indicative installation rate from a Forté approved installer.

4. Secure your Product

To ensure you get your dream floor exactly when you need it, a 50% deposit is required to put the product aside and the balance is to be paid 2 weeks before dispatch. In the case of a custom order, the 50% deposit is what initiates the manufacturing process.

5. Site Measure

Because Forté don’t physically install the product, we recommend a Forté approved installer for you to get in contact with closer to the install time. They will arrange a site visit with you and then provide us with us the exact quantity of flooring required. Any quantity variances are added or deducted from the balance invoice.

6. Delivery & Installation

Our Operations team will contact you throughout the project to ensure everything is running to schedule. You confirm an installation date with your installer and let us know. We schedule the delivery of your product and take note of any special instructions. The product is delivered to site. Installation commences and we ensure all work is completed according to plan.
