Timber reveals its true character in person. Visit one of our Experience Centres in Auckland, Christchurch or Queenstown to see, touch and walk on our surfaces, or have the showroom come to you via our Forté On Site service. Our team will talk you through each collection’s characteristics, finish options and suitability for your space. You can also take home complimentary samples to see how they read in your own light. 

Once you've made your selection, we'll work with you to prepare a detailed take-off and quote based on your project requirements. We'll confirm quantities, discuss lead times, and provide estimates that give you clarity on costs and timing. 

Timber availability can fluctuate, so to ensure you get your product exactly when you need it, we require a 50% deposit to lock in your stock allocation and reserve your order. The balance is due two weeks before dispatch. For custom orders, the 50% deposit initiates the manufacturing process. 

Our operations team will coordinate delivery to suit your project schedule and confirm timing with your installer. We’ll then deliver your product to site in optimal condition, ready for installation. While we don't install, we work closely with trusted installers nationwide and can provide recommendations.  

All our products are designed for minimal maintenance, but we'll provide a care guide and talk you through what's needed to keep it performing beautifully. You're backed by our 25-year warranty, and our aftercare service is available for the life of your product – whether you have questions about cleaning, repairs or long-term performance.
