More than just a Showroom – The Forté Experience

More than just a showroom, our Flagship Auckland-based Showroom and Experience Centre has been designed to give our clients an inspiring space where they can immerse themselves in the beauty of timber and all it has to offer. Careful thought and consideration has been put into every aspect of the showroom and how we can best serve both specifiers and homeowners to give them an experience they won’t forget.

What sets the new Showroom and Experience Centre apart?
The space has been innovatively and thoughtfully curated, down to the finest detail. From bespoke discussion tables, handcrafted and charred by Forté Director James Piesse, using a traditional Japanese method of wood preservation, to a Concierge Service offering several options of refreshments and nibbles to ensure a memorable client experience.
It also boasts a Discovery Room where our Project Consultants can spend time fully exploring and understanding our clients’ needs, and a Product Selection area offering the opportunity to browse the beautifully made product display cabinets and panels in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
We showcase several of our most popular products in the space with Moda Altro Verona installed throughout the main areas of the showroom, Muuro Buff Oak panelling on the Board Room ceilings and Moda Altro Capri Herringbone laid in the meeting rooms with the walls and ceilings adorned with Muuro Noir Oak. Millboard Limed Oak decking has also been laid at the top of the staircase leading to the building from the parking area, creating a calm and contemporary feel.

The space is also set up with a functional discussion area for where architects, designers and builders can use the tools available to sit down with their clients and work through the finer details of their projects, as well as presenting an opportunity to explore the technical side of our products and learn how best to specify them.
The Showroom and Experience Centre encompasses and embodies the essence of the Forté brand, in who we are and what we do. It creates an environment where clients and industry partners can connect, network, hear directly from the experts, and discover something new, and where homeowners can feel both informed and inspired when planning their build or next home renovation.

Centrally located and offering ample parking, the new Showroom and Experience Centre at 299 Great North Road, Grey Lynn is easily accessible, no matter where you’re traveling from.
