What to Expect from your first Forté Showroom Visit (Initial consultation)

MEET YOUR PRODUCT SPECIALIST

At Forté we have trained product specialists in all our showrooms. Often clients will come in overwhelmed because of all the options, and being unsure of what to choose. Our product specialists are trained to listen to your priorities & requirements and match you with the best product for your needs. You will work with this product specialist (and in some cases their assistant, too) throughout the product selection and purchasing process.

DISCUSS YOUR VISION, BUDGET & KEY PRIORITIES

We will discuss your budget, priorities, timeframe and any other special requirements such as height requirements, under floor heating etc.

You will be shown display panels of the products and in most cases shown what these will look like in situ. For example, if you are using the product on the floor, we will show you an area of it installed at the showroom (where possible), or else lay the display panel on the floor for you to view. This is important as the colouring often appears quite different when the product is viewed on the floor as opposed to how it appears on the wall (as it is displayed).

VIEW & REFINE Product OPTIONS

Your product specialist will show the products best suited to your budget and requirements and use your feedback to help find the best options. You are welcome to bring along swatches or samples of the other materials you are using such as carpet and tiles so we can help you find a match.

HAVE YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

We will answer any questions you have about the product and our processes. If we are not able to help you at the time we will find out and let you know.

DISCUSS QUANTITIES

We will discuss the quantity product/s you require and the timeframe. If you brought along your floor plans we will often go over these with you to determine with you what areas the product will be required in. We may then take a copy and highlight the areas where the product is required to ensure we can provide an accurate quote.

TAKE HOME FREE SAMPLES

We understand that trying out samples in the environment they are to be used is very important and can greatly help with making the right decision. In most cases (for stocked products) we can provide free samples for you to try out at home. If any samples are out of stock at our showroom we can arrange to have them sent directly to you from our warehouse.
