Mid-century modern inspired New Plymouth home

This mid-century modern inspired build, Sharron Betts from 4Site Design's own home, features floor-to-ceiling windows, a wall that flows from the interior to the exterior and a huge expanse of windows for maximum sunlight.  The design is split level with only two steps down to the lower level, taking advantage of the slight slope in the land and adding height to the open plan kitchen, living and lounge areas.

Sharron wanted to have a warm, golden wood floor laid in the kitchen and dining area and therefore decided to go with Moda Sorrento as it has the look of American Oak that they had envisioned. 

Moda Sorrento L/F is a warming, natural-toned timber with a lightly brushed, extra-matte pre-finished surface that brings nature's soft touch to any project. Moda Sorrento L/F has been replaced with Moda Altro Sorrento L/F 220mm. It offers the same colour and tones as the original Moda Sorrento and is also available in feature grade.
