    The design centers on open-plan living spaces flanked by sheltered courtyards, with a striking zinc-clad curved stairwell as its sculptural centerpiece. Inside, Forté flooring in Marron Oak is paired with organic brass stair nosings to enhance the stairwell's refined character.

    Thoughtful materials—crisp white plaster, zinc cladding, custom brass inlays, and timber paneling—create a sophisticated palette, while passive solar design and cross-ventilation ensure sustainability and year-round comfort.
