Developed through close collaboration between an architecturally-trained client and the interior design teams at Space Studios and Carlielle Kitchens, the project drew inspiration from hospitality design and alpine New Zealand architecture. Brushed American White Oak veneer was crafted into bespoke panel treatments, requiring custom in-house tooling to achieve consistency and durability across delicate, refined features.
Forte's Atelier Marl flooring anchors the entire composition. Its layered grey tones bring depth and dimension—a warmth that feels soothing yet luxurious. The aged stain, brushed surface, and feature grade enhance the timber's innate character, creating a foundation of calm sophistication that allows the refined joinery and architectural details to resonate.
