Designed by Gemma Muir and built by Salt Construction, Parker House is a contemporary coastal home in Muriwai that answers its rugged setting with a calm, restrained material palette. Throughout, Atelier Classic rustic grade flooring grounds the interiors in raw, natural-toned timber — knots and character left visible beneath a brushed texture and aged stain, so the grain reads as honestly as the coastline outside. It's a finish that suits the home's pared-back aesthetic without asking for attention, letting the timber's own character do the talking.
