In the tranquil suburb of Westmere, this home by Evelyn McNamara Architecture and Source and Style combines modern design with natural warmth. Featuring Indus Mojave Prime engineered timber flooring and sleek glass, the residence offers a striking facade and a refined, comfortable interior.

A stunning wall of glazing along the western elevation connects the interior with the outdoors, flooding the space with natural light. The internal stairway aligns with an adjacent external stair, where mirrored treads and sleek glass create a captivating visual effect. This design showcases the clean lines of the staircase and highlights the warm tones of our Indus Mojave Prime flooring.

Descending to the lower level, the intimate scale and warm materials invite relaxation. The lower level features a light charcoal grey concrete floor and a tundra limestone kitchen island.

The design incorporates a harmonious mix of timbers and striking black accents, creating a space that is both calming and stylish. The open-plan layout promotes fluid movement between zones, ideal for both entertaining and intimate gatherings.
