Bivacco, a new restaurant in Auckland, has recently undergone a transformation at its location at 115 Customs Street West in Viaduct Harbour.
The restaurant offers breathtaking waterfront views and an unparalleled luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere, with exquisite food and drinks. The space was transformed into a hospitality destination by Savor group, with the talented team at Izzard taking care of the design.
Designed by the talented team at Izzard, it brought the space to life with jewel-green tones, dark timber cabinetry, and travertine. Between a luxurious booth, breezy outdoors with a stunning view or a casual setting around the bar, the space serves as the perfect venue for catching up over drinks or enjoying a meal of simple yet delicious Italian food.
The restaurant's timber floor was a vital component of the design, and the Izzard team specified Ultra Marron engineered timber flooring by Forté, a smoked oak with a warm, rich brown tone. The choice of wood complemented the dark timber furniture and cabinetry around the space, and its 6mm oak layer and durable lacquer finish ensured that it could handle high foot traffic with ease.
